Our support days are designed to help you progress your business qualification and get valuable face-to-face time with our friendly CTS assessors.

Each support day consists of a unit presentation in the morning and general assistance in the afternoon. Students are welcome to attend the day regardless of the unit they are working on.

Releasing students to attend monthly support days is a great way for employers to provide their trainees with focused study time!

This unit is an elective Group A for the Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, a Core Unit in the Certificate IV in Business and a Group B elective in the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.

BSBINS401 Analyse and present research information is a Group B elective in the Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and can also be used as a Group D elective in the Certificate IV in Business.
