This course provides participants with information on:
- Understanding how to navigate legislation - WHS Act 2020 & the WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022
- Sitting the Statutory Positions Law Exam set by DMIRS
- Exam requirements
- Set up of questions
- Relevant focused areas of legislation
This course will increase and improve your knowledge, skills and confidence to sit the DMIRS exam.
Participants will be provided with a login to a mock exam and will have access to the mock exam for 60 days from attendance at the course.

Includes hard copy of Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022
