The course is delivered in a one day workshop in the classroom. You need to bring a laptop or tablet and your own hard copy of the WHS Act and WHS Mines Regulations so that you can mark up in preparation for the legislative open book exam. The course is interactive and hands on. You will have access to a bank of practice online exam questions. Your login to the practice exam questions lasts for 60 days after you attend the training.

This course was developed to help candidates prepare to sit the statutory certification examination in the Mines Statutory Positions Portal (MSPP).
Participants must bring their own laptop or tablet, and their own hard copy of Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022. WiFi access will be provided.
Tea/coffee facilities and filtered water are available. This course is not catered, there are lunch bars close by and a fridge and microwave are available for your use.
