Fees and Charges

A full list of fees and charges will be provided before you commence.  Full payment for your course is required prior to commencement unless prior arrangements are made with the business manager.  You should verify your course fees and charges at enrolment as fees and charges are subject to change throughout the year.  No Statements of Attainment or Certificates will be issued until all fees have been paid.

 

If a course is cancelled by us we will refund in full any fees already paid. CTS will not be liable for any claims arising from course cancellation.

 

Course Fees

Current public course fees are available in our Courses Guide, however you should always check to ensure you have the latest edition as fees may change.  Course fees include training and assessment as well as administration costs.

 

Resource/Text Book Fees

Some courses will require you to purchase text books and learning guides. These will be charged to you at recommended retail prices.  You may also be charged for DVD's, thumb drives, CD's, Online Learning Keys and other course documents.

A full breakdown of resource costs will be provided before commencement of any course.

 

Other Charges

Additional charges may be raised if we are delivering to a site outside the Bunbury area.  Additional charges may include accommodation, trainer/assessor travel costs including airfares, taxis, travel time, hire cars, venue hire, student catering, accommodation and meals.  We will provide you with a detailed quote should you request face to face training outside the Bunbury area

 

Reprint of Statements of Attainments and/or Certificates

If you require a reprint of your qualification or statement of attainment a fee will be raised to cover postage and handling, printing and administration for this service before the replacement is posted.  Currently reprints within Australia are $55.00

 

Wallet Card Reissue

If you require a reprint of your wallet card a fee of $25.00 will be charged to cover postage and handling, printing and administration.  The reprint fee must be paid before we will re-issue your card.
