How to Enrol
Our staff are available to discuss the criteria and selection procedures for each course with potential students. Before you enrol we can help you to identify what type of training is suitable for your needs and what, if any, prerequisites are required.
All students are required to read the student handbook before commencing study. The handbook contains information on what we expect from you as a student, and what you can expect from us as your Registered Training Organisation. You will also need to complete an Enrolment form which includes a student declaration.
Cancellations
All cancellations to course bookings must be received in writing. If you advise us in writing more than 5 full working days before you commence we will provide you a full refund. If you do not advise us in writing more than 5 full working days before you commence no refund will be paid. If you withdraw after the training is commenced no refund is payable.
Re-Enrolments
You must complete and submit your work within the timeframe as agreed to with your Case Manager. If you have not applied for and been granted a formal extension (see Request for Extension for Submission of Assignment Work) and decide to continue your studies at a later date you will need to re-enrol. This will incur an administration fee of $150.00 and is subject to approval from the relevant Assessor.
Concession Fees
A concession fee for Government funded courses is available to individuals as per the current VET Fees and Charges Policy.
