Training the Trainer

CTS has secured places for a free training program to provide skill sets designed to improve the training skills of work place supervisors of apprentices and trainees in all industry area.

The training is free of course and resource fees if candidates attend our normal scheduled public TAE courses.  Due to demand we have scheduled an extra course in November, however places are limited so call now to secure your place. 

The training will only be provided to persons who are confirmed by their employer as being a person supervising formally indentured apprentices or trainees in the work place.  More information can be obtained from the Apprenticentre website or call or email us for more information.

Experience & Training Grant Guidelines

Experience + Training Grants

As of July 1 2010 the Federal Government initiated an investment of $7.68 million over 4 years into Experience+Training. Grants are designed to help employers provide quality training for their mature age workers to provide effective mentoring, supervisor and other practical support to apprentices and trainees in the workplace. A mature age worker is considered 55 years old or over at the time of enrolment.

Productivity Places Program Funding

CTS has secured funding through the Productivity Places Program for existing workers for the Diploma of Business. Places are extremely limited. If you are interested in enrolling in the Diploma of Business call us to discuss your eligibility. As places are very limited you will need to convince us that you are committed to completing this qualification.

ACETI Funding Frontline Management

The Dept of Health and Ageing offer an incentive to aged care workers who undertake further studies to enhance their career as a personal care worker, an enrolled nurse or registered nurse.  (ACETI program). Enterprise Based Productivity Places Program
