This accredited Introductory 5 Day Safety and Health Representatives Course is designed to provide safety and health representatives with the information and skills to enable them to effectively carry out their functions in the workplace they are elected to represent. 

Safety and Health Representatives are entitled to have time off with pay to attend this course.

A free training program to provide skill sets designed to improve the training skills of work place supervisors of apprentices and trainees in any industry area.

The training will only be provided to persons who are confirmed by their employer as being a person directly supervising formally indentured apprentices or trainees in the work place.

The units covered are drawn from the TAE10 Training and Education Training Package and are TAEDEL301A Provide work skill instruction; TAEDEL404A Mentor in the workplace and TAEASS301B Contribute to assessment.  More information is available from the ApprentiCentre website.
