Nige and I would like to thank you and John B for coming out to do the WorkSafe ThinkSafe Audit, and for arriving on time.

We found the experience to be very positive, and quite different  from the first audit we had done by another company, which we felt was waste of our time (this was the reason that we had not had the follow-up audit).

It was evident that both yourself and John have a great deal of experience with regard to OSH issues, and we received a full 3 hours of your time. As we were only expecting 1 person to come out, it was a bonus having two people with different specialist areas of expertise.

We found you professional and friendly, and genuinely interested in safety. It was also apparent that you were prepared to put the effort into establishing a relationship with us, should we wish to use your services in the future.

We now intend to begin the process of attending to the issues raised and  suggestions made in your report, and we are very grateful for the positive feedback that you gave us, as we have been working hard to put the correct OSH systems in place.
