Shane is our latest TAA graduate.  She worked very hard to achieve her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is pictured below receiving her Certificate from her trainer Lisa Donaldson.

I had a question relating to workers compensation, lost time injury etc and was on my way to a client meeting. I didn’t know where to get the information from in a hurry so rang CTS and spoke with Angela. She was unsure so referred me to Rhabia who went out of her way to go onto the internet and see if she could find the information for me as Karen was not in the office.

Karen then returned to the office while Rhabia was ‘googling’ and immediately emailed me details of a few helpful links to refer to. I was very impressed with the staff help when ‘the boss’ was unavailable. They could easily have said will get back to you but made the effort right then and there.
