Contract Careers and Management Consultant Perth Based
Combined Team Services is an award winning
business. Our first class operation delivers a variety
of human resource & training solutions to business &
individuals. Based in Bunbury Western Australia, we
specialise in a range of competency based training
programs and are experts in the delivery of flexible
training into the workplace.
Due to an ever increasing workload we are looking to
appoint a Perth based consultant to oversee a range of
career development and management activities around the
metro area. There may also be the need to service
regional customers from time to time.
Some of our current and future workload consists of:-
-
Delivery and assessment of the Certificate IV in
Career Development
-
Delivery of workshops and discussion forums
-
Delivery and assessment of Management Training Programs
-
The use of RPL tools to determine competence
-
Delivery and assessment of the Vocational Graduate
Diploma of Management
(future requirement)
Applications are invited from suitably talented industry
experienced professionals who have relevant and current
experience across management and the careers and
employability fields. This position will suit someone
who has worked as a senior career practitioner with
management experience and who currently runs their own
consultancy or someone suitably qualified who is seeking
casual work.

demonstrate the following abilities, skills and
knowledge:-

Have an outgoing and cheerful personality

Able to plan, organise and implement effective and
timely programs

Able to alter work methodology to suit the needs of
culturally diverse clients

Be able to adapt to change and different work
environments as needed

Be prepared to have your training and assessment
moderated
-
Be prepared to travel and spend time in regional areas.

Have minimum qualifications;
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Certificate IV in Career Development or equivalent
-
Have a demonstrated working knowledge of training
packages and the training and assessment system in
Australia
-
Have previously produced training and/or assessment
documentation
